For all Planning Permit Applications you are require to attach a Copy of title, which can be obtain from Land Data.
This type can only be used to submit further information relating to an existing application for planning permit. This includes responses to requests for further information, Section 50 amendments or revised plans and documents.
This type cannot be used to submit any new applications whether they are for amendments to existing Planning Permits (under Section 72 or Secondary Consent) Condition Plans, Extensions of Time, Section 57A amendments and the like.
Application to seek approval to obtain a Vehicle Crossover Permit to modify or construct a new vehicle crossing.

Each business located in the City of Darebin is entitled to apply for two (2) 240 litre mobile recycling bin, collected fortnightly. This service is not available to businesses operating from residential properties.
An initial cost of $98.40 (GST Exempt) per bin will be charged. Refer to the Conditions of Use for further information.
Not for profit organisations may be entitled to a discount and should complete the Not For Profit Organisation Recycling Form. A copy of the form is available for download from Council’s website or by calling 8470 8888.
Lodge an application for Council to provide Car Share Bays within the City of Darebin.
Fees for the installation of Car Share Bays will be payable if the application is successful and must be paid before any installation works are commenced.
Lodge an application for Council to provide bicycle hoops or infrastructure within the City of Darebin. Upon receipt of fees, Council will assess the area near your development to determine if there is an appropriate location for bicycle hoops. If there is already bicycle parking or no suitable location can be found, the contribution will go towards other bicycle infrastructure such bike lanes
A non-refundable fee of $370.00 per hoop is payable with the application. Note: 1 bicycle hoop contains 2 bicycle parking spaces. All fees must be paid before any installation works are commenced.
Lodge an application for Council to provide direction signage
This service is only provided for Community organisations.
A non-refundable assessment fee of $175.00 is payable with the application. An additional fee of $245.00 for the installation of each sign will be payable if the application is successful and must be paid before any installation works are commenced.
Consent for a temporary full or part closure of a footpath under the Road Management Act 2004 and/or the Darebin Local Law 2015. Fees will be assessed after the application has been reviewed.

Lodge an application for Council to provide work Zone permits. A non-refundable assessment fee of $225.00 is payable with the application. An additional fee of $694.30 to provide and install the required signs as well as a fee of $196.55 per parking bay per month will be payable if the application is successful. All must be paid before any work zones are implemented.
Installation may take up to 10 business days following payment.
